Sales broker

Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors. Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable options. Arrange and conduct property viewings. Negotiate offers and close sales transactions. Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system. Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, projects, and pricing. Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred; strong sales experience from other industries is also welcome. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to earn high commissions. Ability to build long-term client relationships. Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage. Valid UAE driving licence is preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Russian are a plus.
