Sales and Business Development Manager

BettingJobs is working with a fast-growing iGaming content aggregation platform to appoint a Sales and Business Development Manager based in Dubai. The employer gives casino operators single-integration access to a curated portfolio of game studios, and is investing heavily in commercial growth across regulated markets. This is a chance to join at an early, high-impact stage and help shape the business's presence in the region. You'll drive new business, building relationships with casino operators and converting them into partners, while also managing and growing existing accounts. It's a role for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven sales professional with an existing iGaming network who wants autonomy over a territory.

Responsibilities

Identify, pitch and close new operator partnerships Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract Grow and retain relationships with existing partners Represent the business at industry events and conferences Track market and competitor activity across the region Report pipeline and forecasts to leadership Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

Sales or business development experience in iGaming An existing network of casino operator and/or supplier contacts Strong grasp of regulated betting markets in the region Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills Self-starter, comfortable working autonomously Willingness to travel for events and partner meetings
