Sales Analyst

A WIN Mohammed Jalal and sons, a dynamic trading and distribution company, is seeking a meticulous and insightful Sales Analyst to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our customer-centric approach by transforming raw sales data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and fuel our continued growth across retailers, wholesalers, and pharmacies. Responsibilities Analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth across different product categories and customer segments. Develop and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior management and the sales team. Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, providing detailed variance analysis and commentary. Support the sales team with data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve efficiency. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide a comprehensive view of the market landscape. Assist in the development of sales forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic planning processes. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance departments to ensure alignment and support cross-functional initiatives. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all sales reporting systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in a sales analysis, business analysis, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the FMCG sector. A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modelling. Experience with CRM systems and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
