Reservation Agent - Parks

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are currently hiring experienced Reservationist for a leading Parks & Leisure destination in the UAE. We are looking for customer-focused professionals with a strong hospitality background and hands-on experience in reservation management, guest services, and booking systems. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in Hotel Reception or Reservations within the UAE and possess experience using Opera Cloud PMS and Hotel Reservation Systems. The Reservationist is responsible for handling all guest reservations, ticket bookings, group bookings, and customer enquiries while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The role requires efficient reservation management, accurate record keeping, and strong coordination with operations and guest service teams. The responsibilities will include but not limited to: Reservation Management Process park admissions, attraction bookings, event reservations, and group bookings. Manage reservations through Opera Cloud PMS and reservation platforms. Update booking records and maintain accurate guest information. Confirm, amend, and cancel reservations as requested by guests. Ensure reservation details are accurately entered into the system. Guest Service & Customer Experience Handle telephone, email, and online reservation enquiries. Provide information regarding park attractions, events, operating hours, and promotions. Assist guests with booking-related concerns and special requests. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the reservation journey. Hospitality & Front Office Coordination Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Operations, Events, and Finance teams. Support VIP and group booking arrangements. Ensure seamless communication regarding reservation requirements. Assist in managing high-volume booking periods and special events. Administrative Duties Generate reservation reports and booking summaries. Maintain reservation databases and guest records. Monitor booking trends and occupancy levels. Ensure compliance with reservation policies and procedures. Revenue & Reservation Controls Maximise booking opportunities and upselling initiatives. Promote available attractions, packages, memberships, and special offers. Monitor reservation accuracy to minimise booking discrepancies. Ensure compliance with pricing and promotional guidelines. Health, Safety & Compliance Adhere to company policies, procedures, and HSE requirements. Maintain confidentiality of guest information. Follow data protection and reservation handling standards. Desired Candidate Profile Education Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Reservations, Front Office, Guest Services, or Hospitality Operations. Hospitality industry experience is mandatory. Minimum 1 year of UAE Hotel Reception or Hotel Reservations experience preferred. Experience working in hotels, resorts, theme parks, leisure attractions, or hospitality environments.
