Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent with comprehensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate must be experienced in residential and commercial leasing, and should have a strong understanding of the complete property transaction process from lead generation to deal closure. Key Responsibilities Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities. Assist clients in leasing, and investing in residential and commercial properties. Manage residential and commercial leasing transactions. Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice to clients. Negotiate offers and contracts between landlords, and tenants. Prepare tenancy agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Forms A, B, F, and other required documentation. Coordinate with developers, trustees, banks, mortgage consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth transactions. Guide clients through the leasing process until successful handover. Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate laws. Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and provide regular sales reports. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, pricing, and legal regulations. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 3-5 years of Dubai real estate experience. Proven experience in: Residential Leasing Commercial Leasing Thorough understanding of the complete real estate transaction process. Strong knowledge of RERA rules, Dubai Land Department (DLD) procedures, and Ejari registration. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Fluent in English Join our team now!
