Real Estate Agent

Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided leads database. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding property listings. Explain property features, pricing, availability, and project details to prospective buyers or tenants. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide updates on promotional campaigns, new launches, and available projects. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead-generation, and conversion targets. Post a minimum of 3 videos per week on social media in collaboration with the company’s official social media pages.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and comfortable making outbound calls. Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow. Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems. Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Freshers and candidates with sales/customer service experience are welcome to apply.
