*Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for interior fitout and construction projects.

*Conduct material take-offs and ensure accurate measurement of works.

*Evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor agreements.

*Monitor project costs, track variations, and prepare interim payment applications.

*Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with project specifications.

*Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to manage resources effectively.

*Proficiency in Autocad,Revit,MS Office

*5 years of relevant GCC experience
