Quantity Surveyor- MEP

Assist in reviewing and validating contractor quotations, cost proposals, and variation submissions across all project packages. Conduct preliminary quantity take-offs, measurement checks, and rate validations in accordance with project specifications, market norms, and approved contract conditions. Support the preparation of cost comparison sheets, rate build-ups, and commercial assessment reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.E Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Quantity Surveying. Total 8-10 years (QS) Gulf experience in the construction industry, preferably in UAE with International Contractors or Consultants or Developers. Experience in development, pre and post contract quantity surveying functions; tendering and contractual matters on a wide variety of building and civil engineering projects with reputed companies in UAE Employment Type Full-time
