QHSE Officer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, ADNOC guidelines (where applicable), and client-specific safety requirements across all assigned sites. Conduct site risk assessments (HIRARC) for manpower activities including logistics, warehouse operations, port handling, and oil & gas support services. Carry out routine site inspections, audits, and safety observations to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Monitor workforce compliance with PPE requirements and safe work practices. Coordinate and deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions tailored to specific client environments. Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective/preventive actions. Maintain accurate HSE records including incident logs, inspection reports, training records, and compliance documentation. Liaise with client HSE teams to ensure alignment with site-specific procedures and permit-to-work systems. Support implementation of control measures for high-risk activities such as confined space entry, working at height, lifting operations, and vehicle movements. Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, spill control, and pollution prevention in line with regulatory requirements. Participate in emergency response planning, drills, and coordination with site emergency teams. Track and report HSE KPIs (TRIR, LTIFR, near misses, observations) to management. Support internal and external HSE audits and client inspections. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in manpower supply, logistics, oil & gas, construction, or port operations. Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and industry practices (ADNOC, ADOSH, AD Ports, etc.). Recognized HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC (mandatory), IOSH, or equivalent. Experience working in multi-client and multi-site environments is essential. Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
