QA QC Engineer
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute detailed test plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage of software functionalities and performance metrics. Identify, document, and track defects using standardized procedures, facilitating effective communication with development teams. Automate testing processes where feasible, leveraging industry-standard tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Conduct thorough reviews of requirements and design specifications, providing feedback to stakeholders to mitigate potential issues early. Implement and maintain quality assurance standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies. Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality, reliability, and user experience. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in root cause analysis of defects, recommending preventive measures to enhance product robustness. Stay current with emerging trends in QA methodologies, integrating best practices into the testing process. Prepare and present detailed test summary reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on quality metrics. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, demonstrating a solid track record in diverse testing environments. Certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE, showcasing commitment to professional development and industry standards. Experience in Agile methodologies, enabling effective collaboration in dynamic project environments. Proficient in automated testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, or QTP, equipping candidates with essential technical skills. Strong analytical skills, allowing for effective problem-solving and thorough examination of software functionality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating clear interactions with team members and stakeholders. Attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness in testing processes and meticulous documentation of defects. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, showcasing resilience in fast-paced environments. Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus, enhancing communication in diverse teams.
