Operation Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices to enhance productivity. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track performance against goals and identify areas for improvement. Manage inventory and supply chain logistics, optimizing resource allocation to meet operational demands without excess costs. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. At least 3-5 years of experience in operations supervision or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing teams effectively. Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Management is highly advantageous for process improvement initiatives. Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or a relevant industry, demonstrating an understanding of sector-specific challenges.
