Purchase Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage office supplies, stationery, maintenance requirements, and vendor coordination. Handle day-to-day procurement activities, including RFQs, quotation comparisons, purchase orders, supplier negotiations, and delivery follow-ups. Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and commercial terms. Negotiate competitive pricing and payment terms with vendors. Ensure timely availability and delivery of materials as per business requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers. Coordinate with internal departments, stores, finance, and logistics for smooth procurement operations. Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, pending orders, and supplier performance. Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare purchasing reports as required. Desired Candidate Profile 5–10 years of relevant purchasing/procurement experience. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline. Experience in the automobile/automotive industry will be preferred. Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing, negotiation, procurement processes, and purchase documentation. Good communication, negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills. UAE/GCC experience will be an added advantage.
