Property Manager - Commercial Properties

Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of commercial properties. Coordinate with tenants, landlords, contractors, consultants, and service providers. Ensure timely collection and follow-up of rental payments and other property-related charges. Monitor maintenance, facilities, security, cleaning, and other property services. Handle tenant complaints, requests, renewals, and lease-related matters. Coordinate property inspections and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. Monitor service contracts, operating expenses, budgets, and property-related documentation. Prepare regular reports on occupancy, tenancy, maintenance, collections, and overall property performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience managing commercial properties in the Dubai. Strong knowledge of tenancy, property operations, facilities coordination, and tenant relations. Good communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills. UAE real estate/property management experience will be preferred. Employment Type Full-time
