Project Manager

What you ll do (primary responsibilities): Run the operational cadence : Own the two-week execution cycle, including alignment meetings, progress check-ins, status reviews, and post-mortem evaluations. Keep the pipeline balanced : Stagger and sequence two to three active projects, so every function stays productive, and resources are fully utilized. Track dependencies & handoffs : Manage handoffs across research, package, equip, train, and measure; proactively surface and clear operational bottlenecks. Run the stage gates : Schedule and document the Go/No-Go reviews with leadership. Report cadence : Keep leadership updated on what has been delivered, what is currently in progress, and what is at risk. Drive continuous improvement : Refine and tighten operational processes each cycle so the team moves faster over time. Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• 3+ years in project coordination, business operations, cross-functional delivery, or project management in a fast-paced environment
