Project Manager (CRND)

Hold overall accountability for planning, execution, and delivery of the project within the agreed scope, schedule, cost, quality, and HSE requirements. Act as the primary point of contact between the Contractor, QatarEnergy, and other project stakeholders. Lead and direct the site-based, multi-disciplinary project team, ensuring adequate resourcing, coordination, and performance across all functions. Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and budget; initiate and drive corrective/recovery actions where required. Ensure full compliance with contract terms, QatarEnergy specifications, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Chair progress, coordination, and interface meetings; report project status, risks, and issues to senior management and the client. Manage the project risk register, variation/change orders, and any claims. Enforce HSE and QA/QC standards and culture across the entire project site.

Desired Candidate Profile

Engineering Degree (Chemical / Electrical / Process Safety / Instrumentation or equivalent) Minimum 10 years Oil & Gas experience executing similar projects as Project Manager Experience in EPIC / major Oil & Gas projects preferred Must be on contractor s permanent payroll for minimum 3 years Must be available to work at site for the full project duration
