Project Manager (Arabic) – Façade Lighting & DMX

Overview

Responsible for managing façade lighting projects from design coordination and procurement through installation, commissioning, handover, and maintenance, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete architectural and façade lighting projects
• Coordinate clients, consultants, architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Manage project schedule, budget, resources, procurement, and site activities
• Review technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and project requirements
• Coordinate installation and commissioning of DMX, DALI, Art-Net, sACN, and other lighting control systems
• Ensure compatibility and integration between fixtures, controllers, decoders, power supplies, and control networks
• Coordinate systems from Traxon and other international lighting manufacturers/suppliers
• Monitor testing, commissioning, programming, snagging, and final handover
• Manage technical issues, variations, risks, and client requirements
• Coordinate emergency response and critical lighting-system failures
• Ensure proper project documentation, reports, and as-built information

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Knowledge: Strong understanding of Traxon and other architectural lighting systems, DMX control platforms, lighting fixtures, control architecture, networking, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Bachelor of Engineering/Technology - (Electrical & Electronics Communication) Minimum 10 to 15 years field experience are required. Employment Type Full-time
