Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Title: Project Manager – Villas Must have experience in the UAE Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Construction Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with strong expertise in villa projects and extensive experience managing multiple contractors and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The candidate must have a proven track record in delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use tower developments and strong leadership skills to coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise building construction projects from planning to handover. Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and resource allocation. Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and government authorities. Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones. Review contractor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and quality standards. Lead project meetings, site inspections, and progress reviews with all stakeholders. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, local authority requirements, and company policies. Review and approve technical submissions, method statements, shop drawings, and progress reports. Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues during project execution. Ensure successful project delivery within approved budget and quality expectations. Prepare regular management reports and project status updates for senior leadership. Support claims management, variation orders, and contractor negotiations when required. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. PMP certification is highly preferred. Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management. Proven experience managing Villas (residential, commercial, or mixed-use towers). Strong hands-on experience dealing with main contractors, subcontractors, and consultants. Solid knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred), project planning, and cost control. Strong understanding of local building regulations and authority approvals. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and reporting systems. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience in UAE projects is highly preferred. Preferred Skills Strong commercial awareness and contract administration experience. Ability to manage fast-track and complex construction environments. Excellent decision-making under pressure. Strong coordination and team leadership capabilities.
