Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Senior Site Engineer – Villas Construction Location: United Arab Emirates About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer with a proven background in villa construction projects to join our client's growing construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing site activities from project commencement through completion while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily site construction activities. Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on site. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE regulations. Review shop drawings and coordinate with the technical and engineering teams. Manage subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Coordinate inspections with consultants and relevant authorities. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment. Support project handover activities and close-out documentation. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Mandatory Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Proven experience as a Senior Site Engineer. Mandatory UAE construction experience. Strong experience delivering villa construction projects. Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and site management. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Preferred Experience working with leading construction contractors in the UAE. Knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority requirements. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
