Required Skills

Proven delivery of global, multi-site security or infrastructure rollouts (10+ sites, multiple regions)

PMP or equivalent; strong stage-gate and RFP/procurement process experience

Vendor and integrator management: contract negotiation support, SLA enforcement, multi-vendor coordination

Budgeting and TCO management across capex/opex (SaaS subscriptions, hardware, integrator labor)

Manufacturing/chemical site experience: safety permitting, contractor safety programs, working around plant turnarounds

Stakeholder management across security, IT, HR, EHS, plant managers, and works councils/unions in international regions

Risk and change management: cutover planning, badge migration, minimizing plant disruption

Familiarity with compliance-driven projects (CFATS, ISO 27001) and audit evidence requirements

Cross-cultural/global team leadership across time zones; travel availability

Strong reporting discipline: executive steering-committee updates, KPI tracking, milestone/dependency management
