Production Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Realize the scheduling and launch of internal and external manufacturing orders; Launch manufacturing orders; Establish the launch file - Sequence manufacturing orders in order to reduce non-value-added times and work in progress; Monitor the closures of manufacturing orders to ensure the updating of manufacturing schedules and the accuracy of stocks; Analyze the internal performance of the workshop in terms of OTD; Analyze the impacts, at the level of its scope of activity, of requests for technical evolutions and implement the action plan following the validation of requests for technical evolutions (interface with configuration management); Analyze the Net Requirements Calculation (or Material Requirements Plan); Validate, possibly after modifications, the expressions of needs from the MRP on the part of internal manufacturing orders; Process exception messages from the MRP, relating to its scope; Analyze the impacts of manufacturing anomalies and replan manufacturing orders if necessary; Update data in the various information systems for its scope; Communicate to procurement the ultimate dates of need when necessary; Update performance indicators for its scope of activity; Manage VEX associated with its scope (stocks/finished products and work in progress); Manage the interface with the general warehouse for parts assignments; Report to the client/industrial brand (catch-up plan, deliveries, etc.); Ensure optimal management of non-flow resources (ensures parts are put back into the flow).
