Job Title: PCB Assembler Pay rate: $21 - $27/hr. This position is offering a pay range of $21 - $27/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Requirements * High school diploma or technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or a related field * 1-3 years of experience in electronic assembly or production (small-scale or prototyping environment preferred) * Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and BOMs * Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills * Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, focused team Responsibilities: Assembly & Soldering * Assemble PCBs, sub-assemblies, and full product systems according to assembly drawings and work instructions * Perform precision soldering of surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components * Wire, crimp, and route cables/harnesses within devices as required * Operate hand tools, soldering irons, and other bench equipment Prototype Support * Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical tests on prototypes and production units to confirm performance and reliability * Assist engineers during prototype builds by testing and troubleshooting electronic assemblies to pinpoint and correct issues * Used hand and power tools to make mechanical adjustments, repairs, and alignments on electronic enclosures and assemblies Hand tools * Soldering irons * Other bench equipment Benefits Available: * Health Benefits * Wellbeing & Support * Family Benefits * Savings & Spending Accounts * Income Protection * Retirement & Financial Wellbeing * Legal & Protection * Lifestyle Benefits * Additional Health Resources If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
