We are looking for Commercial Contracts Administrator 5 - Hybrid for our client in Sunnyvale CA.

Job Overview
Pay Range: $83.89hr - $88.89hr
Requirement/Must Have
Experience in negotiating key contractual terms and conditions.
Knowledge of contract management best practices and commercial contract law.
Ability to provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract terms, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to develop and continuously improve contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and create and reset priorities as needed.
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Demonstrates a positive and flexible attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence and persuade others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work extended hours as needed.
Related Bachelor s Degree required.
J.D. required.
Minimum 10+ years prior experience with complex contract negotiation.
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant contract negotiation experience focused on construction or facilities contracts.
Responsibilities
Manage and negotiate a broad range of complex purchasing agreements supporting facilities, real estate, construction, human resources, and sales and marketing operations.
Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance in the procurement of products and services.
Build strong relationships with key partners at different levels of the organization including legal, operations, and logistics.
Consult on key points of law and commercial best practice, interpreting complex terms and conditions, including IP related terms.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts that establish business relationships with suppliers.
Analyze contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government regulations, applicable laws, and other requirements.
Analyze, interpret, and respond to terms presented in contracts.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers.
Nice to Have
Prior experience negotiating corporate services contracts.
Comfortable working with international contracts and cross-border transactions.
