Outdoor Sales Executive - HORECA

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and direct customer engagement with hotels, government organizations, facility management companies, restaurants and other large corporate/end-user customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B customers through field visits and prospecting
• Build strong relationships with Procurement Managers, Housekeeping Managers, Facility Managers and other decision-makers
• Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations, follow up, negotiate and close sales
• Develop long-term customer relationships and recurring business
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain proper follow-up records
• Desired Candidate Profile 3–8 years UAE B2B/outdoor sales experience
• Previous experience selling cleaning and hygiene products is strongly preferred, including: Tissue and paper products Cleaning chemicals Soap and sanitizer dispensers Washroom hygiene products Janitorial supplies and consumables Experience selling to hotels, government organizations, facility management companies, restaurants or large corporate customers will be a strong advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills
• Keen interest in learning new products and technologies and comfortable conducting live product demonstrations
• Self-motivated, professional and target-driven
• Valid UAE Driving Licence mandatory
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
