ERP Implementation Consultant- Odoo Specialist

The Technical Lead – ERP Implementation is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s ERP systems across key business functions. This role ensures seamless alignment between business needs and system capabilities, enabling efficient operations across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, and Procurement. Acting as a bridge between business and technology, the role drives scalable solutions, process optimization, and system performance excellence. Analyze client business processes and map them to Odoo's functionalities, identifying gaps and proposing effective solutions. Configure Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing) to meet specific client requirements and workflows. Lead Odoo implementation projects from discovery to go-live, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure system integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in Odoo implementation, with a strong understanding of its architecture and modules. Demonstrated expertise in configuring and customizing Odoo to meet diverse business needs. Experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering for ERP systems.
