Operations Coordinator
- Coordinate daily operations between the Online Department, Data Entry, Warehouse, and Shipping teams.* Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.* Monitor the complete order fulfillment process from order confirmation to shipment.* Follow up on pending orders and resolve operational issues promptly.* Coordinate inventory availability with the warehouse team.* Assign and monitor daily operational tasks.* Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management.* Monitor KPIs and recommend process improvements.* Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.* Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
