Operation Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in al ain, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across the company's production and delivery functions — including the WPC, UPVC, Aluminium, Cladding, and Glass departments. This role includes managing production schedules and material availability, coordinating with the measurement, fabrication, and delivery teams, and ensuring timely order completion and delivery to clients. The Operations Manager will monitor production and delivery performance, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with internal quality and safety policies. The role also involves leading and developing operations and production staff, preparing operational reports, managing budgets, and supporting strategic planning to reduce delays, control costs, and optimize efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile Strong operations management skills, including production scheduling, process optimization, and performance monitoring. Experience with production and delivery coordination, including material/inventory control, supplier management, and order fulfillment. Solid business and commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and support strategic decision-making. Effective leadership and people management skills, with experience coaching production, measurement, and delivery teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal departments, suppliers, and clients. Proficiency in office productivity tools and ERP or production tracking systems. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in manufacturing, construction materials, or the building products industry in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in AL- AIN, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
