Operation Manager
Job Overview
As Operations Manager, you will run the day-to-day operations of our Middle East office. You'll make sure every inquiry is followed up, every client case moves forward on time, and our team delivers a consistent, professional experience. You'll work closely with senior leadership in Dubai and coordinate with our legal teams abroad. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee daily operations of the Middle East and India office, including staff, workflows, and office administration. - Manage the full client pipeline, from first inquiry to consultation, onboarding, and case completion. - Make sure every lead and inquiry is logged, assigned, and followed up promptly, and track conversion rates. - Coordinate with U.S. attorneys and case teams on document collection, deadlines, and client updates. - Supervise, train, and support client-facing and administrative staff, setting clear targets and reviewing performance. - Maintain accurate client records and make sure all processes follow firm policies and data privacy standards. - Work with marketing partners to align campaigns, seminars, and events with business goals, and measure lead quality. - Prepare weekly and monthly reports on inquiries, consultations, active cases, and team performance. - Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and partners in the UAE and India. - Identify process gaps and put improvements in place to raise efficiency and client satisfaction. - Represent the firm at client meetings, investor seminars, and networking events in the region.
Desired Candidate Profile
REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - At least 5 years of operations or office management experience, ideally in immigration, legal, consulting, or financial services. - Fluent in English and Hindi, both spoken and written. - Strong understanding of the Indian market and client expectations. - Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai. - Proven experience leading teams and managing client-facing operations. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many priorities and deadlines. - Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and reporting tools. - Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-first approach. PREFERRED - Familiarity with U.S. immigration programs such as EB-5, E-2, or family-based visas. - Experience working with international or multi-country teams. - Knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages.
