Experience

12+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure.

Proven experience leading infrastructure integration during Mergers & Acquisitions.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Data Center Migration and Consolidation.

Responsibilities

Lead infrastructure due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

Assess existing infrastructure and identify integration risks.

Develop end-to-end infrastructure integration strategies.

Plan and execute server, storage, network, and virtualization migrations.

Lead data center consolidation and modernization initiatives.

Ensure seamless integration with minimal business disruption.

Collaborate with Security, Legal, Compliance, and Business stakeholders.

Define target-state infrastructure architecture.

Prepare executive-level architecture documentation and integration roadmaps.

Drive successful post-merger infrastructure integration across global environments.
