Senior Program Manager - MarTech Delivery Lead

Salary: 130,000 to 165,000 plus a 20% bonus and great benefits.

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Program Manager - MarTech Delivery Lead to lead large-scale marketing technology and digital experience initiatives for a leading Financial Services client.

This role is ideal for a seasoned delivery leader who combines strong program and portfolio management expertise with experience delivering MarTech, personalization, and digital customer experience solutions within complex enterprise environments.

The successful candidate will partner with business, product, technology, architecture, data, and operations teams to drive strategic initiatives spanning Adobe Experience Cloud platforms, digital experience modernization, customer engagement, and enterprise transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple concurrent MarTech programs and workstreams from planning through implementation and transition to operations.

Manage program scope, schedule, financials, resource planning, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.

Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, Operations, and third-party partners.

Establish governance structures, reporting cadence, escalation paths, and executive communication plans.

Drive Agile and SAFe delivery practices, including PI Planning, release coordination, dependency management, and program execution.

Partner with product and business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with strategic business objectives.

Oversee digital experience and personalization initiatives leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.

Manage vendor relationships, financial forecasts, investment tracking, and delivery performance metrics.

Ensure compliance, quality, security, and regulatory requirements are incorporated into delivery plans.

Required Qualifications

15+ years of technology program and project delivery experience.

Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise programs with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risks, and outcomes.

Experience delivering MarTech, Digital Experience, Customer Engagement, Personalization, or Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Hands-on or leadership experience involving:Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

Adobe Target

Experience with Jira, Confluence, and enterprise delivery management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Financial Services, Insurance, Asset Management, or other regulated industry experience.

SAFe delivery experience, including Agile Release Train (ART) coordination and PI Planning.

Experience with:Adobe Campaign

Adobe Analytics

Customer Data Platforms (CDP)

Personalization and Omnichannel Marketing initiatives

Experience with cloud migration, APIs, microservices, and digital transformation programs.

PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or similar certifications.
