Onsite Marketing Manager

Homzmart is Egypt's marketplace for furniture and home goods, connecting customers with the manufacturers, brands and workshops that make them. We own the full experience from discovery through to delivery.

The roleOwn conversion performance and the marketing campaign calendar across a large catalogue, with responsibility for onsite trading, merchandising and promotional economics.Responsibilities• Own the rolling 90 day campaign calendar and issue briefs ahead of each launch

• Own the promotional P&L: set discount depth, model cost and return, and report outcomes
• Define merchandising rules across sorting, category presentation and bundling
• Own the conversion roadmap and experimentation pipeline
• Lead onsite production and organic search delivery
• Sign off landing pages ahead of every campaign launch
• Report on conversion rate, average order value and checkout completion

Requirements• 4 to 6 years in e-commerce trading, merchandising or conversion optimisation

• Demonstrated ownership of a promotional calendar across multiple channels
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests
• People management experience
• Commercial numeracy across promotional margin, markdown and basket economicsPreferred• Marketplace or large catalogue e-commerce background
• Working knowledge of a CMS, HTML and CSS
• Experience with an experimentation platform
