Logistics Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate daily shipments, transportation, collections, and deliveries. Plan and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely movement of goods. Coordinate with drivers, transport companies, warehouses, suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders. Track shipments and provide regular status updates. Prepare and verify invoices, delivery notes, packing lists, shipping documents, and other logistics records. Coordinate import/export shipments and customs documentation where required. Monitor delays, discrepancies, and delivery issues and arrange timely solutions. Maintain accurate shipment, vehicle, and delivery records. Monitor transportation costs and support cost-saving initiatives. Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports for management. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain operations. Good knowledge of UAE logistics and transportation procedures. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to handle multiple shipments and work under deadlines.
