Onshoring Affluent Proposition – Business Analyst

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Contract Duration: 5-Year Fixed-Term Contract Role Purpose Support the development and execution of the bank’s affluent wealth growth strategy by analyzing client portfolios, identifying investment opportunities, and enabling the implementation of new products, advisory capabilities, digital platforms, and customer journeys. The role will support initiatives aimed at increasing investment penetration, growing AUM, improving client engagement, and strengthening the bank’s competitive position in the affluent banking market. Identify high-potential investment prospects and underserved client segments. Support development of client personas and target market strategies. Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis. Product & Proposition Development Support assessment of investment product and advisory capability gaps. Gather and document requirements for new investment products and services. Assist in defining target-state wealth propositions and service models. RM & Advisory Enablement Support development of RM productivity, coverage, and capability frameworks. Assist in defining training requirements and advisory enablement programs. Support implementation of investment advisory and wealth management processes. Digital Wealth & Customer Journey Enhancement Analyze existing client journeys and identify improvement opportunities. Support design and implementation of digital wealth platform capabilities. Assist in defining onboarding, advisory, servicing, and investment execution journeys. Stakeholder Coordination & Delivery Coordinate with Wealth, Retail Banking, Investments, Product, Digital, Operations, and Technology teams. Support implementation of strategic initiatives and transformation programs. Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder engagement. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Develop dashboards and reports tracking investment penetration, AUM growth, client acquisition, and RM productivity. Monitor business outcomes and support performance optimization initiatives. Provide analytical insights to support strategic decision-making. Experience & Profile 7–10 years of experience in Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Investments, Business Analysis, Product Management, or Banking Transformation. Experience supporting wealth management, advisory, or investment-related initiatives preferred. Exposure to affluent banking and digital wealth platforms is advantageous. Strong understanding of investment products, wealth advisory, and affluent banking models. Experience in client analytics, segmentation, and business requirements gathering. Knowledge of customer journey design and digital platform implementation. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting transformation and growth initiatives.
