Officer / SMB Digital Success Management [IT Telesales]

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively call and onboard customers onto digital platforms such as Microsoft M365, CoPilot, Aleria AI, eStore, and other relevant platforms, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities during the onboarding process to maximize customer value and enhance platform adoption
• Process customer orders within the allocated Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance with e& policies and TDRA guidelines
• Continuously monitor Service Request (SR) progress until closure
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, onboarding activities, and order processing in CRM applications
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely fulfillment of requests
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms, contributing to ongoing process improvements
• Desired Candidate Profile 2-3 years of relevant experience Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications Certifications in Data Analysis, Microsoft & Azure Fundamentals, Power BI, AI etc. are considered an advantage. · Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
