MSS Innovation Analyst - Contractor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Implement the innovation strategy by applying improvements, conducting research, delivering technical talks and publications. Core Responsibilities: Identify and implement process, tooling, and service enhancements based on challenges and leadership feedback. Conduct hands on research on topics related to Cybersecurity; produce white papers, blog posts, and conference talks. Build and test prototypes to test improvements. Present improvements to internal teams and collect feedback. ","requirements":" Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. [Related cybersecurity professional certificates/licenses are a plus] 1+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security. Academic or internship experience in cybersecurity, SOC, or threat intelligence. Preferred to be in an MSSP Strong background in scripting in Python Exposure to SIEM, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms. Exposure to containerization technologies, especially Docker (Kubernetes is a plus) Exposure to Git version control (CI/CD pipeline is a plus) Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster strong relationships with stakeholders. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
