MEP Project Manager

Project Execution: Lead end-to-end execution, site supervision, and commissioning of all MEP and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) building systems. Schedule Management: Develop detailed MEP project schedules, resource plans, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery. Financial Control: Monitor actual project costs against approved budgets, review Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and manage variations. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, main contractors, consultants, and local authorities. Design Review: Interpret and validate technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and complex submissions using AutoCAD. Quality & Safety: Conduct site inspections to ensure all installations meet local construction codes, safety requirements, and QAQC standards. Resource Optimization: Manage manpower allocation and material procurement to optimize site productivity. Desired Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

Experience

Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in MEP project leadership, with a proven track record under a main contractor. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
