MEP / Civil Supervisor

Oversee and direct the installation, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Supervise Civil works, including structural elements, foundations, and site development, ensuring adherence to architectural and engineering designs. Manage and coordinate on-site activities of MEP and Civil teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify potential issues, defects, or non-compliance with quality standards and project drawings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field; relevant technical diplomas are also considered. Hold professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or specific trade certifications relevant to MEP or Civil engineering. Demonstrate extensive experience, typically 5-10 years, in a supervisory role on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Have a proven track record in managing both MEP and Civil aspects of projects, ideally within the Oil & Gas, Commercial, or Industrial sectors. Employment Type Full-time
