Marketing Executive – Metal Scrap Procurement & Business Development

Al Sifa Trading LLC is expanding its operations in the United Arab Emirates and is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead Metal Scrap Procurement and Business Development activities across the UAE. Our processing facility is located in Sharjah – Sajja Industrial Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing scrap procurement contracts, building long-term client relationships, and coordinating with the Operations team for successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through daily visits to industrial clients across the UAE. Procure ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap from industrial companies. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Identify upcoming shutdowns, demolitions, plant expansions, maintenance projects, and industrial developments. Promote Al Sifa Trading's metal recycling and industrial scrap management solutions. Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, business correspondence, and weekly activity reports. Negotiate commercial agreements and close procurement contracts. Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities. Coordinate project handover to the Operations team after contract award. Represent the company professionally at client meetings and industrial sites. Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Requirements Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Age between 25 and 35 years. Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in industrial sales, procurement, marketing, or business development. Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory). Good knowledge of UAE roads and industrial areas. Familiarity with industrial zones including: Ruwais ICAD Mussafah Jebel Ali Sharjah Industrial Areas Hamriyah Other major manufacturing hubs Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Arabic language skills will be an added advantage. Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Professional email and business correspondence skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively across the UAE.
