Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, permitting, construction, commissioning and start-up. Coordinate with KEZAD authorities, government bodies, utility providers and other relevant stakeholders. Obtain and manage all required permits, approvals, NOCs and licenses. Review and supervise the performance of the general contractor, EPC contractors, consultants and equipment suppliers. Control project schedule, budget, quality, safety, risks and contractual obligations. Review and approve technical documentation, project reports, payment applications, variations and contractor claims. Represent the company in negotiations and official meetings and sign project-related documents within the granted authority. Establish effective cooperation between shareholders, contractors, consultants and regulatory authorities. Prepare the project for commissioning, operational launch and handover to the production team. Provide regular progress, budget and risk reports to the shareholders. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field; a master’s degree or MBA is an advantage. Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial construction, manufacturing or major capital projects. At least 5 years in a senior management position such as General Manager, Project Director, Managing Director or Plant Director. Proven experience in delivering industrial greenfield projects from concept through commissioning. Direct experience working with KEZAD/KIZAD, including approvals, permitting, infrastructure and stakeholder coordination. Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, construction management, project controls and contractor supervision. Experience in managing project budgets, schedules, risks, claims and variations. Strong leadership, negotiation and decision-making skills. Excellent command of English; knowledge of Arabic or Russian is an advantage. Experience in manufacturing, metals, aluminium, packaging or other heavy industrial sectors is preferred.
