Manager - Reporting

In this role, you will help strengthen visibility across major programs by turning project data into clear, decision-ready reporting for leadership and stakeholders. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact infrastructure work while partnering across teams to support effective governance, performance tracking, and informed decision-making. Responsibilities Prepare and review project reporting packages for leadership and stakeholders. Track program performance metrics, milestones, risks, and reporting deadlines. Coordinate reporting inputs across project teams to ensure data accuracy. Support governance meetings with timely status reports and action tracking.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related field. Experience preparing project reporting and PMO reporting, including executive dashboards and program performance reporting. Strong ability to analyze project data, risks, and milestones accurately. Proficiency with reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms. Experience working in large-scale project, PMO, and infrastructure program environments. Experience coordinating with stakeholders across complex programs and preparing reporting for senior leadership, steering committees, and governance meetings.
