Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimating, procurement, or project management within the commercial kitchen or hospitality industry. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications. Demonstrated expertise in using estimating software and Microsoft Excel for detailed cost analysis.
