Junior Accountant

In-House Facility Management in Beirut is looking for a Junior Accountant who can join immediately. Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our accounting team. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their accounting career to build a solid foundation and grow into more senior finance roles. Key Responsibilities Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain the general ledger Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking Perform bank and account reconciliations on a regular basis Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements Maintain organized and accurate financial records and filing systems Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards Providing assistance during budgeting and forecasting. Performing other accounting-related administrative duties such as scanning, copying and filing.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 0-2 years of relevant accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (Pims) is a plus Skills & Competencies Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
