Junior Accountant

ALA Group is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Finance Team in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated candidate with strong accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce. 1–3 years UAE experience preferred Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge can also apply Basic accounting & bookkeeping knowledge MS Excel

Skills

VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & basic formulas ERP/Accounting software knowledge is an advantage

Desired Candidate Profile

Record day-to-day accounting transactions accurately in the accounting system. Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies. Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Support internal and external audit requirements. Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters. Assist the Finance Team with various accounting and administrative tasks.
