Joinery Project Manager

Manage and oversee joinery and fit-out projects from planning through to completion. Handle projects involving both mass joinery production and site fit-out execution. Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, production teams, procurement and site teams. Monitor project scope, programme, manpower, materials, quality and costs. Ensure timely production, delivery, installation and project handover. Review shop drawings, material specifications and production requirements. Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical and execution-related issues. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or related field. 15-20 years of experience in joinery and fit-out projects, preferably within the UAE/GCC. Strong experience in joinery mass production / factory operations AND interior fit-out projects. Proven experience managing multiple projects, production teams and site installation activities. Strong knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, shop drawings and fit-out execution. Excellent project management, coordination and communication skills. UAE/GCC experience preferred. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
