Job Description Roles & Responsibilities An FMCG company in Al-Qastal, Jordan, is seeking an IT officer with 2-3 years of experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be expected to provide technical support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2 3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration roles. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of: Windows 10 and Windows 11 Windows Server Active Directory Microsoft 365 TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP Basic SQL Experience requirements Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting and support. Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and operating systems. Familiarity with printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
