Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Reports to IT Manager Job Purpose The IT Business Solutions Supervisor position offers a leadership opportunity within the Information Technology (IT) department of a leading oil and gas drilling contractor. You will lead and manage a team of IT professionals, overseeing the analysis, design, implementation, and support of business-driven IT solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned IT professional with strong technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills, seeking to contribute to the strategic direction and success. Experience in leading and managing IT projects from concept to completion. Proven ability to bridge the gap between business and IT stakeholders. Experience in change management and user adoption strategies. Experience with various IT solution development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Experience managing and motivating IT teams with diverse technical skills.
