Influencer Marketing & Business Development Executive

Develop and manage relationships with brands, agencies and potential clients Generate new business opportunities and actively contribute to revenue growth Pitch agency services, prepare proposals and follow up on leads Source, shortlist and recommend influencers based on campaign requirements Handle influencer outreach, negotiations and commercials Coordinate influencer campaigns from briefing through execution and reporting Maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers and agencies Support client servicing and day-to-day campaign communication Stay updated on UAE influencer trends, creators, brands and market activity

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience in Dubai/UAE is mandatory Experience in influencer marketing, marketing, PR, advertising or business development Strong understanding of the UAE influencer and brand landscape Existing industry relationships are a strong advantage Confident communication, pitching and negotiation skills Commercially driven with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment Employment Type Full-time
