Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and business needs Collaborate with managers to identify short- and long-term talent needs, create workforce plans, and support succession planning efforts
• Promote the organization as an employer of choice through career fairs, partnerships with universities, and social media campaigns

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Business, HRM, or a related field Good English language
