Hiring Care Givers - Arabic Speaker

Provide person-centred care and support to People of Determination in home and community settings. Assist beneficiaries with personal care, hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities. Support the development of independent living and life skills. Encourage and promote independence, confidence, and self-advocacy. Assist with meal preparation, household organization, and healthy lifestyle routines. Support participation in community, social, recreational, and vocational activities. Accompany beneficiaries to appointments, community outings, and educational activities as required. Implement and reinforce Individual Support Plans (ISP) and therapy recommendations. Support communication, social interaction, and relationship-building skills. Follow approved behavior support strategies and use positive behavior support techniques. Monitor and report changes in beneficiary well-being, behavior, or support needs. Maintain accurate daily records, progress notes, attendance, and incident reports. Ensure the safety, dignity, privacy, and rights of beneficiaries at all times. Work collaboratively with families, therapists, case managers, and other support professionals. Adhere to organizational policies, safeguarding requirements, and health & safety procedures. Perform other duties related to disability support and community care as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience as a Special Education Assistant, Shadow Teacher, ABA Therapist, Community Support Worker, Disability Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant. Experience supporting People of Determination, Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, or Special Needs individuals. Diploma in Special Education, Social Care, Community Services, Rehabilitation, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred. High School Certificate with relevant caregiving or disability support experience accepted. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, reliable, and committed to promoting independence and inclusion. Immediate joiners and candidates currently based in the UAE will be given preference.
