Head of Finance

The Head of Finance Manager or Head of Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, we are inviting highly motivated and well-established CA, CFA to head our Account and/or Finance, which amongst others involve Accounting, Auditing, Banking and loan management, cash management, conducting financial analysis of new investments/ projects, reporting and compliance (including MIS, Board agenda/ presentations on financial health. Prior experience in shipping industry and derivatives will be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience Strong foundation in Account & Finance, with proven experience in corporate or maritime/shipping finance leadership roles. Ability to prepare and interpret Financial Statements and perform accurate Financial Reporting. Demonstrated Analytical Skills to support strategic decision-making and performance analysis. Experience in Budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting for complex organizations. Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel or financial modeling tools. Professional certifications such as CA, CFA are required. Proven experience of handling Auditing, leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to stakeholders. Experience in the shipping, maritime, or logistics industry is highly desirable.
