Proven experience in a senior sales leadership or brand management role within a premium automotive brand Minimum 5 years experience leading high-performing sales teams A natural leader with strong presence, charisma, and the ability to inspire trust and confidence Commercially astute with a consistent track record of delivering results Highly skilled in stakeholder management and relationship building Exceptional communication and presentation skills (fluent English essential; additional languages advantageous) A Diploma of higher qualification is required
